Tarnów WorkOut Tour 2026

Spartan Workout is an open training session for all obstacle course racing enthusiasts. It will take place on January 31st in Tarnów at the Unit 37 sports club.
Both at Unit 37 and outdoors, you will have the opportunity to test your skills and get a taste of what awaits you at full-scale Spartan races.
The training session is free of charge, and every participant will receive a commemorative T-shirt from the event.
The number of spots is limited to 60 participants.
The workout will be led by our qualified trainers, who will train with you using several workout stations and the facilities available at Unit 37.
