Agoge

AGOGE is the hard way through ancient Sparta — a complete Spartan progression set within Trifecta World Championship weekend. It begins with the 60KM 300 March across rugged, historic terrain, continues into the Trifecta World Championship (Open Category), and concludes with a 4-Hour Hurricane Heat — one path through sacred ground, no shortcuts, no guarantees.

Agoge: 300 March

The March 300 is movement through ancient ground where history isn’t remembered — it’s felt. But the complete AGOGE is a far deeper crucible. It is a structured progression through ancient Sparta designed to break you down and forge something entirely new.

It begins with the 60KM March 300, climbing directly into the punishing Taygetos mountain range. Here, cool autumn mornings and unpredictable late October weather strip away distraction, leaving you exposed to wind, rain, and unforgiving stone. Every step carries the physical weight of mandatory load-bearing gear and the sheer brutality of ~5,629m in elevation change.

From the mountains, you integrate directly into the Trifecta World Championship (Open Category). You will battle through the Sprint, Super, and Beast alongside athletes from around the world. When your body has nothing left to give, you conclude the weekend in the 4-Hour Hurricane Heat—a final test where teamwork outweighs fatigue and the only way forward is through.

AGOGE is not symbolic. It is endured. No shortcuts. No guarantees. Earned.
