2027 DEKA EMEA Championship

The inaugural 2027 DEKA EMEA Championship will be the biggest celebration of DEKA ever held across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Taking over LEX Liverpool from 28–30 May 2027, the Championship lands on one of the UK’s great event stages. Set on Liverpool’s iconic waterfront, LEX has hosted the World Gymnastics Championships, Netball World Cup, Davis Cup, and Eurovision. In May 2027, DEKA takes over.

Across three days, thousands of athletes, supporters, volunteers, partners, and spectators will come together for an unforgettable weekend of racing and celebration.

Open to athletes aged 10 to 70+, the weekend will feature DEKA STRONG, DEKA MILE, DEKA FIT, and DEKA Ruck, with Individual and Team racing across the programme. From athletes earning their very first DEKA Mark to Elite competitors chasing the honour of becoming the inaugural DEKA EMEA Champions, every start line will deliver the full Championship experience.

The Championship is open to everyone. Athletes from anywhere in the world are welcome to race and be part of the event. To compete for an EMEA Championship title, regional award, or prize money, athletes must hold citizenship or nationality of a country within Europe, the Middle East, or Africa.

Championship waves will bring athletes together within their divisions, lining up toe to toe with the very best in their Age Group or Elite field. The competition happens there and then, on the race floor, with the region’s fastest athletes battling head to head for the title of DEKA EMEA Champion.

But this weekend belongs to every athlete on the floor. Thousands more will race for personal bests, team victories, milestones, and their own DEKA Mark. Every heat adds to the atmosphere. Every finish becomes part of the Championship.
